By creating an account or using Career Builders Agency, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Students and graduates who create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs.
Employers who register company accounts, post job listings, and review candidate applications.

2. Definitions

"Employer" refers to users who register to post jobs and hire graduates through Career Builders Agency.

3. Account Registration

To access key features of Career Builders Agency, including applying for jobs or posting listings, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Keep your account information up to date.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student or graduate using Career Builders Agency, you agree to:

Ensure your profile, resume, qualifications, and all information you submit are truthful and accurate.
Only apply for roles you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
Not misrepresent your academic background, skills, or work experience.
Treat employers and other users with professionalism and respect.

5. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer using Career Builders Agency, you agree to:

Ensure all job listings are genuine, legal, and accurately describe the role, requirements, and compensation.
Only post entry-level, graduate-friendly, or internship roles appropriate for the platform's audience.
Not post misleading listings such as roles labelled "entry-level" that require excessive years of experience.
Handle candidate data with care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Not use candidate profiles or resumes for any purpose other than evaluating them for the role advertised.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Career Builders Agency, including resumes, profile information, and job listings. By submitting content, you grant Career Builders Agency a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and connecting graduates with employers.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Career Builders Agency service.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Career Builders Agency:

Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Posting fake job listings, spam, or misleading content of any kind.
Uploading viruses, malware, or any code that could damage the platform or other users' devices.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, another user's account, or our servers.
Scraping, copying, or reproducing platform content for commercial use without written permission.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user of the platform.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

8. Job Listings and Applications

Career Builders Agency acts as a platform connecting graduates with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any job listing, nor are we a party to any employment agreement made between a student and an employer through the platform. All hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these terms or does not meet our entry-level and graduate-only standards.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to: submitting false information, posting fraudulent job listings, or engaging in prohibited activities.

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deactivation, your publicly visible profile and listings will be removed from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Career Builders Agency provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of job listings, or successful employment outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed job applications, employment disputes, or data loss.

Interactions, agreements, and employment relationships between students and employers are entirely between those parties. Career Builders Agency is not responsible for disputes arising from those relationships.

11. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of Career Builders Agency is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review both documents to understand how we collect and handle your data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the platform grows or as legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of Career Builders Agency after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of Career Builders Agency shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
