Shopify is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing team supporting millions of merchants worldwide. Based remotely, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for businesses using our platform. This position involves optimizing merchant experiences, analyzing transaction patterns, and working cross-functionally to improve our platform's reliability and functionality. Responsibilities
Optimize merchant onboarding processes, analyze transaction data and identify trends, support payment processing operations, collaborate with product teams on feature improvements, manage merchant support escalations.
Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or similar role. Proficiency with Shopify platform, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools. Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
