Job Description

Stripe is hiring a Customer Success Manager in their Chicago office to help enterprise clients succeed with our payment infrastructure. As a CSM, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, guiding them from onboarding through sustained usage. You'll provide strategic recommendations, advocate for customer needs internally, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, client management, and analytical skills. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Requirements: - 4+ years in customer success or account management - Strong familiarity with SaaS, APIs, or fintech products - Ability to interpret data and convey business insights - BA/BS degree required Role is full-time and includes comprehensive benefits, performance bonuses, and equity options.
