Growth Product Manager - Host Experience

Airbnb is seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our Host Experience team in Austin. You'll be focused on growing our host community by creating products and experiences that help people successfully list and manage their properties on our platform. This role involves deep analysis of host behavior, designing experiments to improve conversion rates, and building features that increase host satisfaction and earnings. You'll work on initiatives like automated pricing tools, listing optimization features, and host education programs while collaborating with teams across different markets and regions. Responsibilities
