Figma is seeking a UX Research Lead to join our Design Systems team in San Francisco. You'll be leading research efforts that directly impact how millions of designers and developers collaborate on design systems worldwide. This role involves understanding the complex workflows of design teams, conducting in-depth studies with enterprise clients, and translating research insights into actionable product improvements. You'll work on features like component libraries, design tokens, and collaborative design workflows while ensuring our tools meet the evolving needs of the design community. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in design tool usability who can balance the needs of individual designers with enterprise requirements.
