This role is ideal for someone customer-focused and eager to solve problems in a remote setting. **Ideal Candidate:** - Entry-level experience with strong communication skills - Familiarity with help desk tools like Zendesk - Ability to work independently in a remote environment This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed. Update knowledge base with common solutions.
